Q: |
How quickly will my online album be posted? |
|
A: |
Always within 36 hours of the end of the event, often
earlier. |
|
|
|
|
Q: |
Will I get real photographic prints? |
|
A: |
Absolutely. My photo fulfiller prints using a
state-of-the-art digital lab, not a dye sublimation or
inkjet process. The photos are as durable as ones taken
with a film camera, and just as clear. |

|
Q: |
What if your camera malfunctions? |
|
A: |
I
choose Canon cameras largely because of their great
reliability. Since I shoot digital cameras, I check
every image as it's taken, using two separate cameras
with separate lens sets for redundancy. If somehow both
of these cameras failed, I have a Canon 35mm setup for a
backup. |

|
Q: |
What happens if you get sick and you can't photograph my
event? |
|
A: |
I
have agreements with three other fine photographers who
will photograph your event in my absence, if they are
available. But since I launched PictureTheCape.com,
I've never missed a wedding---and I don't plan to! |

|
|
Q: |
Can you provide references? |
|
A: |
Yes, but only if you're serious
about hiring me. You can always view the
testimonials
page. Since I started photographing weddings, I've
never had a dissatisfied client. |

|
Q: |
I
see that you offer wedding albums. Can't I make my own? |
|
A: |
Sure. Just order the prints you'd like in the sizes you
need, and get creative! The pictures are printed on
standard photo paper. |
|
|
|
|
Q: |
Can I order packages of prints? |
|
A: |
Only if you specifically request it. Most of my
customers tell me they prefer ordering only the prints
they need. But I do offer prints of virtually every
size, including wallet prints, along with all kinds of
photo merchandise. |

|
Q: |
Are you serious about not wearing a tuxedo? |
|
A: |
You bet. My standard attire for photographing a wedding
is a navy blue blazer, khaki pants and Docksiders. In
really warm weather, I might ask permission to wear
khaki shorts. |
